Come and practice the ancient art of Yoga in our beautiful temple in front of the sea. Natura Cabana has a regular program of classes that are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. There is no need to book in advance; anyone may come in when the classes are taking place. Classes are 90-minutes long, and the teacher, Kieran Barry (UK), teaches a dynamic, alignment-based form of Yoga, drawn from the Anusara and Vinyasa flow traditions. Kieran is a fully qualified yoga instructor with Yogaalliance.
During the course of each class we practice the asanas (postures) as well as the pranayama (breathing exercises) and the dhyana (meditation). Adding yoga to your daily life can help develop strength and agility in the body, and peace in the mind, as well as an overall sense of health and wellbeing.
