NATURA RESTAURANT

The Natura Cabaņas outdoor a la carte restaurants, where lunch and dinner are served, look out onto a spectacular savage beach and ocean. There, breakfast, made from wholesome, all-natural ingredients, is served. It varies daily, crepes, eggs, Dominican specialties like mangu (mashed, cooked green bananas), pancakes, waffles, omelets, and always fresh-squeezed juice and homemade breads and cakes. As the day progresses into night, New Age music is played as are cards, chess, backgammon and other board games.

The chef from Switzerland, reigns at the original Natura gourmet dinner restaurant, where the freshest of seafood is the big draw, along with international, vegetarian and Dominican dishes. Guests enjoy sitting at the bar and watching the chef passionately working in the open kitchen, as a good brand of music competes with the crashing of the surf. We also have WI-FI internet connection.

OCTUPUS IN A MINT VINAGRETTE....diced octopus with chopped tomatoes.

CAPRESE SALAD.....tradicional mozzarella di bufallo and tomatoes.

TROPICAL NATURA SALAD....mix greens with tuna, mango in a orange vinagrette.

SHRIMP NATURA....sautee with a creamy dominican rum base sauce.

LOBSTER SCAMPI....with a garlic butter wine sauce.

PISTACHO ENCRUSTED TUNA....in a light creamy pistacho sauce with couscous.

DORADO THAI STYLE....sautee with a sake soy sauce and ginger sushi rice.

FILETTO AL FUNGHI....steak with a wine mushrooms sauce.

SEAFOOD PASTA MARCO POLO....assorted seafood with a light basil tomato sauce.
